Equalization Certificate for Students

GABOEP issues equalization certificates to working professionals aiming for career advancement in the United States. Since educational systems vary globally, individuals pursuing employment in the U.S. must obtain an equalization certificate that validates their prior education and work experience.

GABOEP reviews and verifies academic credentials to confirm their authenticity. Upon evaluation, individuals are granted an equalization certificate along with attested copies of their academic documents, helping demonstrate their educational standards to potential employers.

Many professionals who obtained equalization certificates through the Global Accreditation Board of Engineering Program have successfully secured employment across various sectors, including engineering and manufacturing. Click here to discover how the certificate has benefitted them.

Evaluation Process

GABOEP was founded with the purpose of validating the educational qualifications earned from American institutions. Our goal is to assess whether these qualifications meet the academic benchmarks of the U.S. education system.
GABOEP offers two types of credit equivalency evaluations: a course-by-course evaluation report and a document-by-document evaluation report.

Benefits of a Course-by-Course Evaluation Report:
  • Ideal for academic, licensing, and certification purposes.
  • Provides proper identification and presentation of degrees, diplomas, and certificates.
  • Specifies the duration of study.
  • Gives equivalency for each submitted document.
  • Details every course with corresponding semester credits.
  • Includes GPA evaluation on a 4.0 scale.
Benefits of a Document-by-Document Evaluation Report:

This package is best suited for secondary school credentials, immigration purposes, and employment applications.

  • Useful for identifying and explaining educational documents like certificates and diplomas.
  • Clarifies the length of academic programs.
  • Provides equivalency for each submitted document.

Transferable credits may be used toward a degree, certificate, or diploma when pursuing careers in the U.S. For equalization of international qualifications, applicants must submit complete and verified documents from their educational institutions, following GABOEP's guidelines.
